Sequence 001

A pioneering approach to the creation of quality, FRACTAL is the beauty that emerges when chaos meets precision. A multi-varietal, multi-region, multi-vintage wine with the singular aim of delivering quality through complexity.

FRACTAL is a collaboration between a Master of Wine and a winemaker whose expertise graced the cellars of Dom Perignon and Cloudy Bay.

Three grape varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier – drawn from a decade of unique vintages spanning 2010 to 2020 –  harvested from prestigious sites across of the South of England, their diverse terroirs imparting distinct nuances to the final composition.

Each parcel is individually vinified before being blended then re-cofermented, effectively emulating the traditional method for sparkling wines and harnessing the transformative power of fermentation. The blend is then married and allowed to coalesce before being bottled as a truly unique still white wine which balances freshness of youth with depth of maturity.

The resulting wine is a still, dry, white wine with the richness and depth more usually associated with iconic Burgundian producers in exceptional vintages.
